Your email is required; your first name is optional. We save a mobile number only when you separately choose the SMS notification. We record your chosen channels, the permission wording, signup time, expiry and withdrawal status.

If you voluntarily select a preferred size, you give permission for us to store it with your signup and use it to understand size demand and plan stock for NOCTURNE 01. You may leave this field blank. It is a preference, not a reservation, and it does not determine your fit.

Your consent permits a notice when NOCTURNE 01 — THE VEIL is ready to buy. When enabled, a signup acknowledgement confirms receipt and provides your private withdrawal link. Joining is optional; it is not a purchase, reservation or newsletter subscription.

For security and abuse prevention, the website processes connection information such as an IP address. The signup limiter uses a keyed hash for a short-lived rate-control record rather than storing the raw IP in the interest table. Hosting systems may maintain security logs.

When you claim the complimentary tote with a qualifying purchase, we use original launch-list membership evidence and relevant order information to check eligibility, arrange the gift and prevent duplicate redemption. This is separate from notification and advertising permission. We rely on taking steps to fulfil the offer you request and our legitimate interests in preventing duplicate claims.

Keep your acknowledgement as proof of joining if your signup record expires or is erased. The 12-month notification-list retention is not a gift redemption deadline. Withdrawing product notifications does not remove an entitlement already earned. This update does not create a separate gift-tracking cookie or an indefinite personal-data ledger. If your navigation link contains utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or utm_content, we store those campaign labels with a newly saved signup and its timestamp. We use them privately to count which NAXMERE campaign links lead to registrations. The labels travel through our own page links only; a new untagged visit is not assumed to be Facebook traffic. A repeat signup does not replace the original labels or add another registration.

We do not add a visitor identifier, browser cookie or browser storage for this purpose, and do not share these records with Meta or use them for advertising audiences. Labels are retained with the registration for no more than 12 months. You may object to this measurement or request removal by contacting [email protected]. Your notification permission remains limited to NOCTURNE 01 availability.

We rely on your consent for the interest-list notifications, associated permission records and any optional size preference you choose to share for this product’s stock planning. Optional advertising tracking uses its own consent, independent of notification permission. We rely on our legitimate interests in securing the website, preventing abuse, acknowledging a signup request, retaining your preference and proportionate private campaign measurement. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you accept advertising, Meta Platforms receives website page-view and confirmed new-signup events to measure ads and help us show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This includes technical browsing information such as IP address, browser/device information, advertising identifiers, a cleaned page address and a random event identifier. We do not send your interest-list record, names, email addresses, phone numbers, size preferences or form values. Automatic customer-data matching and automatic events are off.

Rejecting advertising does not affect signup. Change or withdraw this consent using “Cookie choices”. We record the separate advertising choice, wording version and date with a new signup and retain that evidence for the same maximum 12-month period. A claim timestamp records that the server authorised one browser event; it does not guarantee Meta received it.

Meta processes information under its privacy policy and Controller Addendum, including the allocation of responsibilities for collection and transfer. Meta may process data internationally under the safeguards it describes. Contact us about our arrangements or use Meta’s privacy controls for data it has received. Withdrawal stops future tracking, without undoing earlier lawful processing or erasing Meta’s existing data automatically.

The records are stored privately on the WordPress hosting provided by Hostinger. Website and mail services process information as needed to operate the site and send signup acknowledgements. Your details are not shared with the UNIMOD brand network for marketing.

A separate product-ready email/SMS campaign service has not yet been configured. We will identify any new notification processor here before enabling that delivery. Service providers may process data outside the UK. Hostinger publishes a Data Processing Addendum, including international transfer provisions. Where a restricted transfer applies, the relevant safeguards must be in place. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

Interest-list registrations expire after 12 months. Expired records are excluded from notification exports and size-demand counts, and removed by scheduled cleanup. Withdrawal stops notification permission and clears any size preference immediately; a suppressed record may remain until its scheduled expiry to preserve the withdrawal. Security information is retained only as needed for its operational purpose.

Use the private withdrawal link shown after signup and included in an acknowledgement where delivered. Opening the link shows a confirmation; submitting it withdraws your signup. You may also email us to withdraw, access or correct your details, ask for erasure or restriction, or request portability where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
