• Every launch-list member, including existing members, qualifies for one tote with their first paid NOCTURNE 01 order placed after joining. An order qualifies when payment is successfully received and it includes NOCTURNE 01.
• One reusable cotton tote per customer. Joining again or placing a repeat order does not create another entitlement. Failed or unpaid orders do not use your entitlement.
• The tote is included with the qualifying order at £0. Signup alone does not arrange gift delivery, take payment or reserve a T-shirt. NOCTURNE 01 remains £39.
• Use your signup email when ordering so we can recognise your membership. If it changes, contact us for help verifying your original signup. Keep your acknowledgement as proof of joining.
• No closing date or quantity cap has been announced. The interest list’s data-retention period is not a gift redemption deadline.
• Illustration. Final bag may vary. Branding, dimensions and certifications have not been confirmed.

Choosing advertising cookies is optional and does not affect the gift. Withdrawing product notifications does not remove an entitlement already earned by joining.

Read the terms displayed alongside an offer before participating. We will state its eligible products, customers, delivery areas and any minimum spend, code, deadline, quantity limit or redemption steps that apply. Significant restrictions will be made clear with the offer, rather than introduced only after you join or order.

Where specific terms differ from this general policy, the clearly stated offer terms apply, subject to your statutory rights. Free signup does not create a purchase, payment obligation or stock reservation.

A discount offer will explain the amount or percentage, qualifying products and how to apply it. Any minimum spend, expiry, usage limit or restriction on combining offers will be stated for that promotion. A code has no cash value and cannot reduce a qualifying charge below zero.

We will show the applicable price and discount before you pay. If a promised discount is missing or a code fails, contact us before completing the order so we can check it.

A bundle offer will identify the included items and price. A gift offer will explain the qualifying purchase, number of gifts and how the gift is supplied. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, a gift is included with the qualifying purchase; it is not delivered just for expressing interest.

We will not add unannounced deadlines, stock limits or charges to an existing gift promise. Any material change will be communicated clearly and will respect entitlements already earned under the published terms.

NOCTURNE 01 is £39, including standard delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses. Included delivery excludes Evri location-charge postcodes, Northern Ireland, islands, the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. Check Evri’s location-charge postcode list. These delivery terms are unchanged by the tote offer.

Any future delivery promotion will clearly state its coverage, qualifying spend and exclusions before payment. The planned launch month is November 2026. This is a target, not a confirmed release or dispatch date.

Promotions do not remove your statutory cancellation, return or refund rights. A qualifying order cancelled before the gift is dispatched does not use the tote entitlement. If a gift has already been supplied and a purchase is returned, contact us so we can resolve the offer fairly alongside the applicable returns terms.

We do not assign an unannounced retail value to the complimentary tote or automatically deduct such a value from a refund. A repeat order does not earn a second tote where one has already been supplied.

If we run a referral promotion, prize draw or competition, we will publish separate rules covering eligibility, participation, rewards or prizes, selection and relevant dates. A guaranteed gift with purchase is different from a chance to win a prize. No referral, draw or competition is launched by this policy.

We use membership evidence and relevant order information to verify eligibility, arrange the promised gift and prevent duplicate redemption. Keep your acknowledgement if your signup record has expired or been erased; contact us to verify membership using available evidence.

The launch-list permission remains limited to NOCTURNE 01 availability notifications. This offer does not enrol you in a general newsletter or enable advertising tracking. See our privacy notice and cookie information.
